Job Description
Hyundai Materials is seeking a Customer Support Specialist with expertise in waste and scrap collection to join our dynamic team. This role involves overseeing and coordinating the management of waste, including general waste, hazardous materials, recyclables, and steel scrap, generated within Hyundai automobile factories.
Responsibilities
- Manage waste and scrap metal collection operations, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies related to waste management.
- Coordinate with Hyundai automobile factory teams to streamline waste and scrap material handling.
- Monitor and report waste management performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in recycling and sustainability practices.
- Communicate with vendors and contractors for waste collection and recycling services.
- Provide excellent customer support to address client inquiries and issues effectively.
- Working conditions: 2 months probation period, office setting, repetitive working at the site
- Emergency contact to answer call and provide operation and solution as needed
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges in waste and scrap collection processes.
- Proficiency in using software tools for scheduling and reporting.
