Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with service inquiries and appointment scheduling.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist with driving customers to and from the dealership as needed (using dealership vehicles).
- Call customers for service reminders, appointment confirmations, and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that customers feel valued and well-cared-for at all times.
- Collaborate with other team members to support daily operations and maintain a smooth workflow.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both on the phone and in-person.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (for customer driving responsibilities).
- Positive attitude, a team player, and a willingness to learn.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer inquiries with professionalism.
