MOBIS North America is the Research & Development Center for Hyundai MOBIS, a Tier 1 supplier and an affiliate under Hyundai Motor Group. MOBIS produces and supplies a wide variety of automotive components to customers including component modules (chassis, cockpit and front-end module), core system, eco-friendly and DAS-mechatronics. Mobis delivers the design and development of advanced engineering, autonomous driving, infotainment, component modules, safety, brake and steering systems, lamp, ICS/electronics and software development solutions that consider the safety and convenience of our customers as well as the future.
Requirements
Mobis is looking for an experienced SCM Specialist for our distribution center to handle supply chain functions and AP/AR clearing and collection as well as making Purchase Orders for on time delivery.

Requirements
Mobis is looking for an experienced SCM Specialist for our distribution center to handle supply chain functions and AP/AR clearing and collection as well as making Purchase Orders for on time delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable; handling collections
- Perform month end and year end duties
- Customer Forecast analysis and release PO to MOBIS plants
- Track and restore all financial activities for SCM/Quality Team
- Prepare reports to show receipt expenditures
- Process weekly Purchase order doing inventory check
- Maintain vendor and customer information
- Daily financial data entry
- Research and process customer claims of invoice payment
- Strong organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail are a must
- Sample delivery for GM
- 2 years experience in SCM role in the Automotive Industry
- Associates Degree in Accounting and/or 2 years AP/AR experience
- SAP knowledge
- Microsoft Office Suite
Korean and/or Spanish a plus

Position requires occasional or frequent moderate physical activity.
Expected Hours Of Work
- A typical work week is 40 hours/week.
- Overtime will be compensated at 1.5x normal pay.
- Working hours for hourly internship employees are flexible with a typical day starting 7am- 9am M-F.
- Office work is normally performed in a typical interior work environment which does not subject the employee to any hazardous or unpleasant elements.
- Shop or laboratory work involves some exposure to moderate risk of accident and requires following basic safety precautions.
- In-field, PG, or track testing involves frequent exposure to unpleasant elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, loud noises, chemicals, etc.
- Stress may occur periodically.
