Overview
The Multimedia Material & PC Manager is responsible for parts and production planning support to all areas of the Multimedia Plant and providing leadership and guidance to the Team Members.
Responsibilities
- Constantly monitor FCA and MMX productivity and shipping screens, as well as the Mobis shipping system
- Monitor and control parts ware house including external one to ensure inventory accuracy between Mobis and the customers.
- Coordinate overall shipping and transportation activities between customers and Mobis
- Support overall manufacturing needs (i.e.- Production, Quality, Logistics, Purchasing)
- Gather customers’ daily, weekly, and monthly plan; generate and send Mobis’ daily production and shipping plans to appropriate departments
- Monitor daily production in real time to ensure that targets are met
- Review excess inventory sheet to determine which units will be sent to customers and enter data regarding excess into MES production system
- Track external and internal downtime requests and provide countermeasures to prevent future downtime
- Issue claims for vendor downtime and complete accounting documents to ensure payments are debited
- Track and manage Overage, Shortage, & Damaged (OS&D) database and provide relevant information to Sales Department in order to collect payment from customers.
- Track, process, and manage invoices for transportation services, and ensure that payment is being made in a timely manner
- Comply with and promote safety in the workplace

Qualifications
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Proven leadership skills
- Ability to speak and write fluently in both Korean and English
- Good communication, analytical, and technical skills
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to make good decisions and take decisive action in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively with little or no supervision
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Experience in automotive manufacturing
- Experience in production planning and material management

Working Conditions
- 80% office, 20% production floor
- Occasional extended work for CKD communication with HQ.
