PLEASE BE AWARE TRAINING WILL BE CONDUCTED ON 1ST SHIFT, BEFORE GOING TO ASSIGNED SHIFT. NO EXCEPTIONS.
High School diploma, or equivalent, but NOT Required.
$18.50 base rate; increases every 6 months for first 36 months.
$2.00 shift premium on 2nd & $1.50 shift premium for 3rd shift

Qualifications:
Education, Skills, and/or Experience Required:
0-3 years of experience in quality control
0-3 years of experience in manufacturing/automotive environment
High School Graduate or equivalent
Good verbal and written communication skills
The ability to follow documented procedures and work standards
The ability to pay attention to work detail
The ability to keep accurate records
The ability to work under pressure
The ability to work independently
Responsibilities:
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Follow all safety rules and PPE requirements. Knowledge of safety equipment in order to know what to wear during certain tasks to prevent safety issues.
Inspection of initial samples prior to release to the OEM.
Inspection of products at assigned station to quality standards, at the required frequency and time.
Immediately report all non-conformities of quality, work standards and rules to the Quality Team Leader and Supervisor.
Document all issues found in assigned station and the final disposition.
Practice 5S in the assigned work area. Keep the workstations, tools and gauges clean and organized.
Follow all work orders given by Team Leader, Supervisor, and Management.
Continuous application of education material.
Understand the work process of Process Quality Team; Teamwork is essential.
Lean duties and responsibilities of Process Auditor and Receiving Inspector.
Perform other duties as assigned.
