Qualifications:
Minimum Education AND Experience Required:
Experience: -0-3 years.
Education: High School Diploma/GED preferred.
Communication Skills: Intermediate.
Foreign Language Required: No. If yes, What Language? N/A.
Foreign Language Skill level: N/A.
Mathematical Skills: Intermediate.
Certified/Technical Skills:
N/A
Additional/Other Requirements:
1-3 Years automotive repair experience, preferably OEM experience.
Knowledge of MOBIS and customer assembly process and module functions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Previous automotive tool usage experience preferred (recreational or professional).
Problem solving skills (Root cause, 5Y, etc.).
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook software.
Must be able to work some weekends as scheduled.
Responsibilities:
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Liaison between MOBIS and customer.
Investigate all MOBIS related issues as they are reported.
Troubleshoot to determine if material is defective in a completed vehicle and communicate information back to the QC Supervisor in a timely manner.
Repair/replace damaged/defective parts in identified vehicles.
Ensure that all repair/replaced parts are functioning properly prior to release of the vehicle.
Daily Shift Report.
Work inside and outside in all climate conditions.
Ability to lift up to 150 lbs. with assistance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
