Overview
Works directly with Production management to provide support of the Production process and activities including but not limited to manpower reduction and addition, participation rate, etc. Accomplish day-to-day tactical objectives in support of company and department goals. Demonstrates adherence to company policies and procedures in support of safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale (SQDCM) initiatives. Embraces and promotes company core values to establish and maintain a culture committed to ethical practices, legal compliance, and a union-free environment. Takes initiative to participate in training and developing opportunities to prepare for current and future challenges.
Responsibilities

- Constantly seek improvements and create a climate where others are encouraged to do the same.
- Generate formal countermeasure documentation and ensure proper implementation consistent across all shifts.
- Ensure work standards are developed and available at all applicable locations.
- Ensure work standards meet current requirements and are adjusted as needed.
- Maintain Production information boards are to date with applicable information.
- Gather data and conduct trend analysis, including charts and graphs (Pareto charts, bar graphs, trends, etc.) for posting communication.
- Ensure EO changes are properly implemented.
- Maintain and control all process documentation for Production Department.
- Participate as a part of the Production/Quality and Improvement Teams.
- Collect, track, and implement improvements for Production UPH on all lines.
- Collect, analyze, and report rework issues for all lines.
- Create production analysis reports for UPH, quality issues, major downtime issues, major rework, and quality countermeasures.
- Track and purchase basic supply and tools needed for production.
- Provide training on company data bases: MES
- Pulling MES System data.
- Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.
- Advance Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Process improvement
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS)
