Responsibilities
Manage and respond to online inquiries from potential customers
Provide accurate and prompt information about vehicles, pricing, promotions, and financing options
Follow up with leads and maintain a consistent flow of communication to nurture relationships
Schedule and coordinate test drives, virtual tours, and dealership visits
Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
Maintain an organized database of customer information and sales activities
Requirements
Prior experience in automotive sales or related field preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong knowledge of vehicles, features, and specifications
Proficient in using CRM software and other online sales tools
Driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
