Automotive Biller

About Us:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Automotive Biller to join our team. If you're passionate about the automotive industry and have strong organizational and billing skills, we would love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

• Process and manage all billing related to automotive services, parts, and repairs.
  
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of invoices and billing records.
  
• Review repair orders and work closely with service advisors to ensure proper billing.
  
• Coordinate with insurance companies to handle claims and reimbursements.
  
• Maintain and update customer billing records in the system.
  
• Communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries and discrepancies.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
  
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or relevant certifications preferred).
  
• 2 years of experience in automotive billing or related field required.
  
• Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and parts.
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and CRM (CDK) experience a plus!
  
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
