Job Responsibilities:

Process and manage all billing related to automotive services, parts, and repairs.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of invoices and billing records.

Review repair orders and work closely with service advisors to ensure proper billing.

Coordinate with insurance companies to handle claims and reimbursements.

Maintain and update customer billing records in the system.

Communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries and discrepancies.

Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or relevant certifications preferred).

2 years of experience in automotive billing or related field required.

Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and parts.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and CRM (CDK) experience a plus!

Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
