Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, direct inquiries to appropriate departments, and take messages when necessary.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Coordinate with sales, service and management regarding customer needs.
- Handle customer concerns and provide follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry.
- Help with other duties as needed to support the team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in customer service or automotive fields is a plus.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly and professional phone etiquette.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Basic knowledge of automotive services and terminology is preferred.
