Summary
Organized cashier/receptionist experienced in handling cash, processing payments and cementing patron relationships with excellent interpersonal abilities. Carefully manage funds to reduce discrepancies. Service-oriented team member with articulate communication skills and friendly demeanor.
Essential Duties
- Greet customers at the cashier window in a pleasant and professional manner
- Compute customer bills
- Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and keep detailed records
- Make change and issue receipts
- Provide cash refunds or credit memorandums to customers for returned merchandise
- Maintain accurate cash drawer with reconciliation daily
- Refer customers, who have questions about the work performed, additional maintenance or repairs, to the service advisor or other appropriate individual
- Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise and, when necessary, refer dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution
Requirements
Top Notch Professional
18 years or older
Valid drivers license
Must be able to work Saturdays
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process
