- Processing bank contracts and deals efficiently
- Keep accurate records for sales commissions
- Process cash receipts for down payments
- Process all trade payoffs and follow up on titles
- New inventory management and stock ins
- Assist with other tasks as assigned
- Filing, scanning and other general office tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Prior Automotive Billing Experience required.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel
