Leader Automotive Group is a wholly owned subsidiary of AutoCanada, a publicly traded company. Leader Automotive is AutoCanada’s first footprint into the U.S. market and we currently have 10 dealerships consisting of 16 different franchises and approximately 500 employees. We have a strong presence in the Chicagoland area with 8 dealerships and 2 more located in central Illinois. We are searching for talented individuals as we begin a new and exciting legacy into the U.S. market.

Responsibilities
- Clean, wax, polish, refurbish and detail vehicles.
- Disinfect all surfaces and follow proper hygienic guidelines while cleaning.
- Inspect finished products to ensure the highest quality service.
- Understand and deliver on specific customer requirements.
- Maintain proper function of all service tools and equipment.
- Directly report any damage to the supervising manager in a clear and timely fashion.
- Coordinate and arrange work effectively with team members.
- Maintain excellent standards and quality of service to positively represent the organization.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Experience in professional detailing of automobiles.
- Positive attitude and can-do mentality
- Hardworking personality and eagerness to improve
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
