Job Description:
Are you passionate about cars and helping people find their perfect vehicle? As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs. You’ll provide expert advice, build relationships, and create a seamless buying experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers, understanding their vehicle preferences and needs
- Guide customers through the sales process, from test drives to financing options
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our inventory, features, and benefits
- Follow up with potential and past customers to generate leads and ensure satisfaction
- Work closely with the finance and service departments to finalize sales
- Stay updated on industry trends and promotions to better serve customers
- Meet and exceed sales targets while providing a world-class customer experience
Requirements:
- Previous automotive sales experience is a plus, but we welcome those with a passion for sales and customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Basic computer proficiency (CRM software experience is a plus)
- Valid driver’s license
