Position Summary:
This position is responsible for assistance with Production and Assembly department needs.
Essential Functions
Corporate:
- Adheres to the HTGP policies and procedures
- Learns, demonstrates and upholds HTGP Core Values
- Complies with all HTGP Certification standards; Management System (IATF16949), 45001 policies and procedures
- Treats all HTGP team members with respect and professional courtesy
- Always strives to maintain a positive work environment
- Performs additional assignments / duties as required by management
EHS:
- Leads by example adherence to all safety policies and procedures
- Enforces all safety policies and 5S clean philosophy to maintain a safe, clean working environment
- Consistently meets company safety goals
Technical:
- Assist with Department SAP Entries and Purchases
- Administration work in the department
- Detail oriented and stand the pressure for deadline
- Responsible and positive attitude
- Other ad-hoc projects as requests
Leadership:
- Need to help other departments regarding department needs
- Work with Assembly Team to implement and improve accuracy
- Assist in any special projects assigned to Assembly Department
- Promote a positive workplace
Education
- 0~3 years of experiences in administrative service.

- Reports to: Department Assistant manager
