Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, ensures preventative and predictive maintenance systems effectively make HTGP equipment run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, and the physical condition of the equipment and building does not deteriorate.
Essential Functions (include but are not limited to):
- Adheres to the Hyundai Transys Georgia Powertrain (HTGP) policies and procedures
- Understand and applies correct LOTO procedures and leads others in same
- Treat all HTGP team members with respect and professional courtesy
- Adheres to all required TS16949 standards
- Creates PM schedules for all HTGP equipment
- Creates and issues PM work orders based on manufacturer recommendations
- Tracks and reports PM activity
- Ensures PM Work Orders are completed on time
- Ensures compliance with TS 16949 Standard 7.5.1.4
- Ensures packaging and preservation of equipment, tooling and gauging
- Documents, evaluates and improves maintenance objectives
- Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance leader
Education
- High School/GED
- 4 Year Degree or comparable background of work related experience in human resources related discipline preferred

Physical demands also at times may include safely handling multiple, continuous parts flow in and out of manufacturing operations work areas which requires pushing and pulling of carts. Work environment is climate controlled in most areas.

Position Requirements and Qualifications:
- 8 years job related experience
- Three years’ supervisory experience
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance guidelines and programs
- Knowledge of OSHA machine regulations and recommendations
- Experience with machine operation and programming systems
- Self-motivation and ability to work with little direction
- Excellent oral communication and listening skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
- General computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- A positive team attitude
