Summary of Position:
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to organize and oversee the manufacturing of goods. You will be ultimately responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output. We expect you to have deep know-how in production procedures. The ability to direct personnel toward maximum performance will set you apart as a leader. Decision-making and problem-solving will take up a great part of your day. Corporate:

Technical:
- Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements.
- Assist with organizing, planning, and implementing strategies.
- Ensure schedules and objectives are met.
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
- Monitor production to resolve issues.
- Knowledge of seat assembly processes or similar manufacturing processes
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers, etc.)
- Determine the number of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials, etc.)
- Ensure adherence to the company’s policies and procedures.
- Ensure output meets quality standards.
- Enforce health and safety precautions.

Position Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience in automotive assembly processes
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
Education:
- Associate degree or higher in Applied Science or similar years of actual work experience in a similar role
Software Skills Required
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Experienced with ADP and SAP preferred.
- Demonstrated skills in database maintenance and record keeping.
- Basic understanding of HRIS Systems
