Main shop technician starts at $30 to $50 per flat rate hour, based on skill level
Starting pay is negotiable depending on current certifications and experience

Hyundai Technical Training Equivalency Assessment Program
Hyundai welcomes experienced technicians from other OEMs. The program allows technicians with training from an industry-recognized source, other than Hyundai, to test out of certain Hyundai instructor-led technical training courses, provided they meet certain requirements.
