A Finance & Insurance Manager has a strong understanding of the financing process and additional programs available. Their main responsibility is ensuring customers get what they need to afford a vehicle and that it is properly protected.

Essential Duties are not limited to:
- Generates income through financing and the sale of ancillary products.
- Performs a customer interview prior to each customer presentation.
- Prepares and presents a menu of options to each customer.
- Responsible for all paperwork involved with the sale or lease of vehicles, including obtaining customer signatures and securing payoff and insurance information.
- Provides customers with excellent service and a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
- Protects gross profit by arranging financing – converts cash and outside finance deals to deals done with our lenders.
- Processes finance and lease deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approval.
- Establishes and maintains good working relationships with several finance sources, including the manufacturer’s captive.
- Works with sales managers to secure a reasonable profit from every sale.
- Establish lender relations that tie the customer closer to the dealership.
