Unit Details : Number of Beds : 12
Patient Ratios :
1 : 1 Ratio : For TTM (Targeted Temperature Management), CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy), and IABP (Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump) patients.
2 : 1 Ratio : When necessary for complex cases.
3 : 1 Ratio : Occasionally for step-down patients.
Daily Treatment Rounds : Collaborative care approach with the healthcare team.

Qualifications : Active RN license.
Critical care experience preferred.
Familiarity with EPIC charting is a plus.
