ABOUT THE ROLE:
Hyve is looking for an enthusiastic and professional Marketing Operations Specialist responsible for spearheading the design, implementation, and optimization of marketing processes to maximize efficiency and ROI. This role will ensure seamless operation of marketing technologies, accurate data management, and actionable insights to support demand generation and marketing strategy.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in marketing automation and CRM platforms with a strategic mindset, enabling them to design scalable systems and processes that drive measurable business outcomes.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Lead the optimization of the HubSpot CRM and other marketing technologies to support scalable and efficient marketing operations.
- Build and maintain automated workflows for lead nurturing, scoring, and campaign execution, ensuring alignment with marketing goals.
- Assist in the development and creation of forms, landing pages, and data collection mechanisms for lead generation.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, producing insightful reports to inform strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain segmentation strategies to deliver highly personalized and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to ensure a smooth flow of data, aligned goals, and a unified approach to customer engagement.
WHO YOU ARE:
To be successful in this role, you must have/be:
- 3 years of experience in marketing operations, specializing in CRM management (HubSpot preferred) and marketing automation.
- Proven track record in designing and optimizing scalable marketing processes to drive efficiency and ROI.
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills with expertise in analytics and tools like Google Analytics and Tableau.
- Skilled in campaign development, execution, and reporting with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Proficient in UTM tagging, attribution models, and performance tracking.
- Exceptional project management skills, adept at handling multiple priorities and stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts and data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborative and solution-oriented, with a strong background in digital marketing and problem-solving.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- The salary band for this position ranges from $75,000-$80,000 based on experience
- This position will be eligible for a competitive bonus structure
