Job Summary
This role is responsible for developing and implementing cost-effective testing methods for all phases of product development and manufacturing. The successful candidate will design test programs, develop specifications, and plan equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain test process instructions (TPI) for production.
- Design and develop test fixtures and equipment.
- Plan and execute testing and evaluation activities.
- Perform root-cause analysis and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
