About the job
As an Electrical Test Engineer , you will play a crucial role in testing and developing processes to validate hyperscale data center systems. Your contributions will be instrumental in advancing the next generation of AI ready systems, empowering us to meet the evolving needs of our customers and the industry. You will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Systems Engineering
You will
- Lead performance testing of AC / DC electrical systems (component, server, rack level), ensuring that all testing processes are well-documented and executed safely and efficiently.
- Use tools such as oscilloscopes, power meters, and loggers to perform tests on system and platform components.
- Generate and maintain detailed process flows and documentation, ensuring adherence to best practices and safety standards.
- Collaborate with global electrical engineering teams to develop, implement, and refine testing solutions.
- Communicate test results and findings effectively, ensuring transparency with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Serve as a mentor and resource to other engineers, helping to drive continuous learning and process improvement.
- Work in both lab and production environments.
- Engage with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring that testing protocols meet or exceed expectations.
