Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment to motivate and manages staff of manufacturing engineers and oversees the development and implementation of manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and grow our Manufacturing Engineering team
- Manger of New Production Introduction (NPI) Manufacturing Engineering team of 5 to 7 engineers and technicians.
- Team evaluates server and rack designs for Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and works with internally design teams and customer on improvements.
- Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional areas of manufacturing operations
- Resolve escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments
- Drive projects to improve process reliability, process flow, improve productivity, and reduce operational cycle times and costs
- Owner for creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing methods and procedures
- Provide resource / labor and production capacity analysis
- Provide feedback on requirements and needs to meet production schedule
- Evaluate and approve manufacturing infrastructure needs and cost
- Review, evaluate, and approve change orders
- Provide leadership for manufacturing engineers and responsible for their training and development
