We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented individual with outstanding communication skills to lead our Manufacturing Engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is hands-on and results-oriented, looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and energetic setting.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the Manufacturing Engineering team, fostering growth and development.
- Manage the New Production Introduction (NPI) Manufacturing Engineering team consisting of 5 to 7 engineers and technicians.
- Evaluate server and rack designs for Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and collaborate with internal design teams and customers to drive improvements.
- Contribute to strategic decision-making that influences manufacturing operations.
- Resolve escalated operational issues through effective coordination with other departments.
- Drive process reliability, improve productivity, and reduce operational cycle times and costs through targeted projects.
- Own the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing methods and procedures.
- Conduct resource / labor and production capacity analyses.
- Provide feedback on requirements to meet production schedules effectively.
- Evaluate, approve, and oversee manufacturing infrastructure needs and associated costs.
- Review and approve change orders while ensuring compliance with operational standards.
- Lead and mentor manufacturing engineers, prioritizing their training and development.
