We are seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on Production Scheduler who is results-driven and possesses exceptional communication skills. You will work in a dynamic and energetic setting to ensure that customer build requirements are accurately understood and communicated. Your role will include managing and executing predefined processes effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the build plan for our large volume production facility.
- Validate the integrity of work orders.
- Ensure proper balance on production lines.
- Release work orders for material procurement and production activities.
- Maintain accurate and timely planning reports.
- Engage in daily communication with Manufacturing Operations and Material Supply teams.
- Collaborate across multiple departments, including Inventory Control, Program Management, and Quality Assurance.
- Monitor and report on daily / weekly build plans, order statuses, and demand forecasts.
- Provide prompt responses to program management regarding customer prioritization requests.
- Identify and escalate any issues preventing the achievement of production schedules.
