About the Job
As a Supervisor, Facilities (Swing) , you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our facilities while leading a team of material handlers and facilities technicians. Reporting directly to the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment that supports our production and warehouse operations. Your leadership will help drive daily priorities, ensure compliance with policies, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
You will
- Arrive to work before shift starts.
- Supervise a team of material handlers and facilities techs. Meet and intro new hire(s) to the team and their leads upon arrival.
- Provide an overview of the schedule and policies, including shift start / end times and designated lunch / break hours for new hires.
- Provide all the required equip, tools, lockers and uniforms for new hires.
- Review timecards for errors daily. All timecards must be approved & submitted before 8 : 00 am every Monday.
- Work with day shift leadership for full hand-off and review of prior days actions.
- Set Daily Priorities with team leads.
- Responsible for disposition of waste and recycling throughout campus.
- Ensures campus is always neat and in orderly condition - clean parking lots, compactor balers, and common areas.
- Communicate and work with warehouse and production supervisors on open requests.
- Responsible for scheduling regular floor cleanings with the floor scrubber for production and warehouse floors.
- Conduct 5S & safety walks. Maintain safe, clean, and organized work environments.
- Participate in continuous improvement via Lean programs (A3).
- Ensure compliance with all ISO SOP (9001 & 140001) and other Hyve policies, including safety.
- Improve communication
- o Reply to emails on a timely manner as well as voicemails and phone calls
- o Communicate on a professional level (avoid foul words, nicknames, gestures, pointing, etc.)
- Review overtime requests / needs with management team and support
- Additional duties to be added / deleted as business progresses

Annual Salary Range
70,500-$85,500 USD DOE
