Main Responsibilities
- Operate multiple coating systems safely and efficiently.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Use software controls to run coating processes.
- Prepare devices for deposition by loading them onto racks.
- Calculate dimer load vs surface area for each run.
- Follow established recipes and procedures.
- Measure glass slides to determine thickness and record results.
- Remove devices from deposition racks and prepare them for de-masking.
- Record data from each run on traveler sheets.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years experience running industrial vacuum tools.
- Basics understanding of vacuum system operation.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS programs.
- Experience with mechanical assembly and disassembly.
