Dental Client Service Representative

Seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our Dental team.
We are creating a new position of excellent customer service. We’re looking for a personable yet highly professional individual to coordinate with owners and able multitask in a high volume enjoinment.
Why We Need You?
- As the voice of I-20 Animal Medical Center, this Client Service Representative will maintain communication with our clients who have fur babies in dental, and drop-offs- as we build and maintain each customer's trust and confidence in our abilities. This position will keep clients updated as to the status of their patients.
- Customer service functions, including greeting visitors, answering telephones and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
- Emailing clients
- Scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients.
- Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments.
- Texting or calling clients to update patient care
- Answering questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care.
- Managing medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence.
- Hospital maintenance (including removal of animal waste) and ensuring that the facility is neat and clean at all times—both inside and outside.
