Position Overview: Join our team at I-30 Equipment Sales as a Heavy Equipment Wash Technician, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our machinery and components are always looking and performing their best. You will be responsible for the meticulous washing, detailing, and prepping of equipment for delivery. Additionally, you'll help keep our shop organized and well-maintained and occasionally run parts as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prep & Shine: Get equipment ready for rental, sale, or demos by giving it thorough cleaning and detailing.
- Service Support: Assist the service department with various tasks to ensure smooth operations. Run parts.
- Clean & Organize: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop. Maintain the cleanliness of company-owned and customer equipment.
- Independence & Teamwork: Work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player.
- Safety First: Adhere to all safety rules and regulations and follow company policies as outlined in manuals and the employee handbook.
- Additional Duties: Perform any other tasks assigned by management with professionalism and efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar environment, performing comparable duties.
- Versatility: Perform duties in both the shop and outdoors, in all types of weather conditions.
- Physical Ability: Lift up to 75 lbs with ease.
- Authorization: Must have valid work authorization to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
