Requirements (Need these!)

·      Physical: Must be physically capable of using a ladder and other necessary equipment (i.e. power tools, hydraulic lifts, Equipters, etc.). Must have the ability to work at heights with no restrictions.

·      Driver’s license: ­­Must provide documentation of having a valid driver’s license.

·      Driven: Must be a self-starter, who is willing to do what it takes to win!

·      Communication: Must be able to communicate effectively with clients and team members alike in written and verbal communications.

·      Mobility: Must possess the ability to work effectively in a variety of settings such as in office, remote, on a job site, in a client’s residence/business, etc.

 

Responsibilities (What’s expected!)


·      Customer service: A Sales Professional is responsible for providing the highest level of customer service to our clients. Establishing a good rapport with customers and actively engage in conversation to understand their needs and build long-term relationships.

·      Maintain profitability: A Sales Professional will be responsible for building accurate and complete job quotes. Staying up to date on all products and trends within the industry and presenting clients with key features and benefits to address their specific needs.

·      Management skills: The Sales Professional should possess skills relative to time management in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness, as well as the ability to operate as a job site manager and function as the leader of a team. Utilize the company’s Acculynx system to track sales activity and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

·      Assess, Bid, Sell: The Sales Professional will be integral in meeting with clients to assess their needs, bid and quote the necessary work, and ultimately sell the job by providing valuable communication and building value in what we can offer.

·    Company image: The Sales Professional is expected to maintain a strong, professional, caring, empathetic and respectful company image while operating as a member of the   I-57 Roofing team at all times.


Qualifications (What YOU bring to the table!)

·      Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously.

·      Leadership experience or strong potential to grow into a servant leadership role.

·      Comfortable working on your own, and in team environment.

·      Always willing to show the necessary grit and great attitude when it comes to taking that extra step to take care of a client.

·      High attention to detail, always striving for perfection.

·      The ability to gather information, analyze and make an informed decision while identifying any potential risks.

·      Excellent communication skills over the phone or through email/text.

·      Strong moral compass with a passion to do the right thing.


·      Hungry to get better every day and have fun while doing so!

Preferred Skills (Helpful, but not necessary!)

·      General understanding of roofing, construction, or a related field.

·      Two years of sales experience preferred but we’re willing to train the right candidate.

·      Familiar with operating equipment such as an Equipter on a job site.

·      Fork lift certification.

·      Familiar with OSHA safety standards.
