What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Manager/General Manager position at I-80 Concrete?
We are looking for a people-focused, detailed, systems-disciplined leader to run our operations. You will be involved in creating, organizing and leading operations. You will be around a motivated, hard-working, team chasing their goals and personal dreams. We are looking to add a self-motivated, great attitude, seasoned operations manager to our team. This position requires no field experience other than the ability to work with a team and customers along with helping create and follow a system with discipline. Previous leadership position is a must. This is not an entry level role. You will be accountable for growth of the company and the people within the company. You must be emotionally stable, positive, capable of tough conversations and able to create accountability that is not micro management. Compensation is base salary, commission plus benefits. We will provide a company truck. This position has a tremendous upside in advancement and earnings. Early mornings, later evenings and some weekend hours will be a necessity at times. High responsibility, high reward. Ownership/equity options at performance points.
