Position Overview: As a Volleyball Coach at I Adore Athletics, you’ll work with children ages 4-11, teaching fundamental volleyball skills and techniques while fostering teamwork, confidence, and sportsmanship. Our recreational volleyball program emphasizes skill-building, discipline, and fun. While non-competitive, we aim to provide a strong foundation in volleyball through quality instruction and engaging activities.
We’re seeking an enthusiastic, part-time Volleyball Coach to lead our program in schools across Fort Bend ISD. This role requires availability Monday through Friday from 3 PM to 6 PM. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children and can bring energy, professionalism, and creativity to each session. Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead volleyball practices focusing on fundamental techniques, skills, and strategies.
- Teach age-appropriate volleyball drills and activities, emphasizing coordination, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
- Create a positive and inclusive environment that encourages learning and confidence.
- Provide constructive feedback to support skill improvement and personal growth.
- Promote a love for volleyball and active living.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of volleyball fundamentals, rules, and strategies.
- Experience working with children of various ages and skill levels.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage young athletes.

Requirements:

- Reliable transportation.
- Availability Monday through Friday from 3 PM to 6 PM.
Job Details:

- Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
- Expected Hours: 2-10 per week

- After-school hours, Monday through Friday from 3 PM to 6 PM
