Job Overview
We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our Substation Services Division, responsible for managing project personnel and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading field personnel and implementing effective proposals and work methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project personnel and ensure adherence to core processes.
- Develop and implement proposals and work methods to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with estimators, project managers, owners, engineers, and subcontractors to address project performance.
- Monitor key safety indicators and work with the Safety & Quality Department.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years' experience as a journeyman electrician working in substation construction.
- Minimum 10 years' experience of progressive responsibility in Electrical Construction, including demonstrated ability to lead field employees.
