Position Overview :
The Senior Estimator provides effective leadership to the affiliated division's estimating group through all aspects of the estimating life cycle. This position is accountable for the development and submission of detailed and accurate estimates, providing guidance / peer checks to other estimators, and supporting post-bid submission customer requirements. The Senior Estimator will report to the Director of Estimating.
Work with a close-knit, proactive team as you help drive the department's business goals. Not only will you learn and grow from other experienced Estimators, but you will also have the opportunity to mentor up-and-coming Associates. Location & Travel :
- This position can primarily be performed on a telecommute / hybrid basis
- It is preferred that this person be based in the greater central Pennsylvania area
- Occasional travel to other IBA offices, yard locations, training and pre-bid meetings
- Additional customer-related travel may also be required
