Location: Remote to start, transitioning to in-person (Near Waltham, MA)
Job Type: Full-Time M-F and a few hours Saturdays as needed.
Hourly Commission Range: 62,280 - 150,000

Position Overview: As a telesales representative, you will be critical in prospecting and negotiating property acquisition opportunities.

Your role will involve generating leads, establishing relationships with property owners, and navigating the acquisition process.

Applicant must have a desire to grow into more advanced roles and changes in responsibilities as the company continues its exponential growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Outreach:

  • Make outbound calls to property owners or sellers to identify opportunities for property purchases.
  • Qualify leads by gathering detailed property information and assessing seller motivation.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of potential property acquisition opportunities.

Relationship Building:

  • Build relationships with property owners, brokers, agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Communicate the value of working with our company and address objections confidently.

Negotiation

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with property owners to achieve mutually beneficial terms.

Sales Excellence & Collaboration:

  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly calls, lead generation, and acquisition targets.
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, legal) to ensure seamless acquisition processes.
  • Provide feedback and insights to refine outreach strategies and call scripts.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and property details in our CRM system (e.g., Podio).
  • Provide regular updates and reports on acquisition activities, market trends, and pipeline progress.

Qualifications:

  • Must be located near Waltham, MA
  • Proven sales experience (minimum of 2 years).
  • Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, outbound sales, and inbound sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Podio) and lead management software.
  • Resilience, determination, and ability to handle rejection professionally.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company.
  • Knowledge of real estate markets and property evaluation is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel if needed.
