Ready to be the face of a growing real estate brand? As a Follow Up Specialist, you’ll be responsible for answering all incoming client inquiries and following up on the existing lead pipeline. You will be our first point of contact maintaining and growing the I Buy RIC brand.

- Establish and maintain positive client relationships
- Answer all incoming prospect calls
- Move all prospects to proper stage in CRM by end of day
- Maintain clear, up-to-date, and accurate pipeline in our CRM
- Follow up diligently and consistently on existing pipeline over extended periods
- Document all interactions with prospects in the “notes” section of our CRM
- Educate prospects on our solutions from your expert perspective
- Allow leader to observe calls and provide feedback
- Available most days between 9am - 5pm local time to take calls
- Use internal and external resources to maintain up-to-date knowledge of services and industry
- Collaborate with team on innovative ways to best serve clients
- Collaborate with team to ensure a smooth client journey from initial contact to close and beyond
- All prospects are properly moved in CRM and all client details documented by EOD to give sales and fulfillment teams proper expectations
- An appointment set rate of at least 10% or 5 minimum appointments set per week is maintained
- An appointment show rate of 85% is maintained
- All incoming calls answered promptly
- New inbound leads called immediately
- All qualified prospects are consistently followed up with indefinitely
- Call stats updated M-F by 7p ET daily
- There is an effective line of communication with the team to ensure all necessary information is communicated promptly
- All internal communication cadences properly followed
- High volume transactional sales or appointment setting experience
- Excellent communicator over the phone
- Licensed real estate sales person or willing to get licensed
- Open to learning new processes in sales
- Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one’s own time
- Open to growing rapidly
