Job Title: Podcast Producer (Audio & Visual)

Location: Broward County & Dade County

Hours: Part-Time (5 -10 hours per week; potential for growth)

About Us: We are a new podcast team looking for a talented and efficient Podcast Producer to help bring our weekly episodes to life. Our ideal candidate is skilled in both audio and visual production, capable of managing the technical aspects of recording, editing, and distributing content, while maintaining a high standard of quality. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about podcasts who is looking to make an impact in a growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audio Production: Record, edit, and ensure high-quality sound for each podcast episode.
• Visual Production: Capture and edit video for podcast episodes, ensuring the visual content aligns with our brand.
• Lighting & Equipment Management: Set up and manage lighting, microphones, and other equipment to ensure a professional production environment.
• Post-Production: Upload and distribute the final audio to the podcast platform; send visual content to the team for review and publishing.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the podcast team to ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in podcast production (audio & visual).
• Strong knowledge of podcasting equipment, software, and production techniques.
• Proficiency in editing software for both audio and video.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
• Ability to manage time effectively, working within weekly deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

Additional Information:

• We are looking for a part-time commitment of approximately 5-10 hours per week, with potential for increased hours based on the needs of the podcast.
• Remote work is available, but you will have to go to the set for the tapings.
