Job Description
We are seeking a knowledgeable, seasoned and motivated Detailer/ Project Manager to join our team. It will be your responsibility to plan, coordinate and manage projects including developing and managing project budgets, creating detailed schedules and overseeing resource allocation to ensure optimal execution. You will conduct regular site inspections, review construction plans and specifications, identify potential risks, and verify that all work is performed to the highest quality standards. Any knowledge in SD2 or Tekla is a huge plus!
Responsibilities
- Clearly define expected deliverables based on the completion of project phases.
- Determine and define project scope and objectives with Management.
- Calculate resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
- Track project costs to meet budget.
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
- Provide project updates to Management about progress and adjustments to schedule and identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.

Requirements
- 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Relevant professional certification in project or construction management.
- Excellent project management skills, including effective planning, organizing and prioritizing tasks.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents including project blueprints.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Accountability for the successful execution of the contractor's project scope of work subject to the contract terms and conditions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
