DIRECTOR OF TECHNOLOGY (MULTIPLE OPENINGS)I Fund Cities LLC seeks Director of Technology in Philadelphia, PA to plan, initiate, and manage information technology projects. Duties include : lead the Technology and Data Management Department, lead and guide the work of technical staff, and monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met; drive technology integration initiatives, particularly within customer relationship management (CRM) system, to enhance operational efficiency and user experience; manage the development and improvement of CRM processes and systems using essential software technologies and database systems (including C#, JavaScript, Python, SQL, and Dataverse), planning project stages and assessing business implications for each stage; supervise data management strategy, focusing on constructing a data warehouse and implementing tools to ensure data privacy and efficient storage; expand and manage the Data Processing and Analyst Team responsible for supporting customers in loan acquisition, servicing, and other operational functions of the company, serving as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects; and manage an onshore and offshore Technical and Data Analyst team that facilitates data cleaning and transformation using business intelligence tools to create data visuals and dashboards and improve processes. Requirements : Master’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field; 18 months of experience in a technology and / or data management role. Experience must include : (i) databases (SQL, COSMOS and Dataverse) and programming languages (C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and Python); (ii) Power Platform and Microsoft 365 Business Suite; (iii) software development and technical support; (iv) implementing process improvement techniques; and (v) project management. Must have knowledge of : (i) data privacy regulations; (ii) database or data warehouse management; and (iii) business management including estimation, planning and execution.
