QUALIFICATIONS

The qualified individual should have at least 2 years of experience working in a repair facility. Applicant should have a well-rounded knowledge of medium/heavy duty trucks and/or buses, have their own tools and be capable of working without supervision. Experience with either Cummins/GM diesel or Ford gas/propane engines is preferred. You must have a basic understanding of electronic diagnostics, electrical and wiring, and an understanding of air systems and brakes. Truck/bus technicials will enjoy working in our state-of-the-art facility offering the latest technological advances.

Teamwork with other service advisors, parts department, managers, is essential. Our techs need to have ability to perform accurate and efficient professional repair work, ensure proper completion of work, follow protocols by manufacturer and dealership.

• Accurately assess/diagnose problems
• Perform thorough, efficient, timely and quality work
• Maintain safety standards at all times and keep a safe, neat work area
• Provide clear communication (both written and verbal)
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, honesty, and consistant appropriate behavior
• Need to be able to lift, bend, stand, and move without impairment and operate shop tools
• Must be able to pass background check, driving record, and drug screening
