What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Soccer Coach (Summer Camps – Oʻahu) position at I Got Skills?
I Got Skills Hawaii is hiring 2 energetic and experienced soccer coaches for our 2025 summer camps on Oʻahu! We're looking for on-island coaches who are passionate about the game, love working with kids, and can bring positive energy to a fun and structured camp environment.
Camp Details:
- Location: Oʻahu
- Dates:
- June 2–6, 2025 (Shooting-Focused Camp)
- July 28–August 1, 2025 (International-Themed Camp)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 7 hours/day
- Pay: $800–$1,500 per week (based on experience and certifications)
Your Role:
- Coach players ages 5–14 in skill-building drills, games, and challenges
- Create a fun, engaging, and safe learning environment
- Serve as a mentor and role model for young athletes
- Collaborate with camp staff and communicate clearly with parents
Qualifications:
- Previous coaching experience with youth soccer
- Strong soccer background (playing and/or coaching)
- Great with kids – patient, encouraging, and enthusiastic
- Reliable, professional, and a team player
- Coaching certifications (USSF, USC, etc.) are a plus
