We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Heavy Equipment Operator to operate various types of heavy machinery, including but not limited to bulldozers, excavators, and backhoes. The ideal candidate will have experience in grading, digging, and site preparation and a strong understanding of safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
· Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites.
· Perform routine maintenance checks and inspections on equipment.
· Assist with site preparation and cleanup as needed.
· Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
· Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator.
· Valid state driver’s license and relevant certifications.
· Ability to read and interpret plans and blueprints.
· Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
· Excellent communications skills and ability to work in a team environment.
