What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director, Finance - Revo Health position at i-Health/Revo?
The Finance Director is responsible for the oversight of financial operations through leading the planning and financial analysis process, monthly financial reporting, as well as being a partner to our business and physician leaders across the organization. This role is directly involved in strategic analysis to support the organization’s goals and sustainability. The Finance Director will work closely with senior leadership to provide financial insights that drive decision-making and improve overall financial health.
This is a full-time role working Monday - Friday out of our Bloomington Corporate Office (hybrid eligible, minimum 3 days in office).
Revo Health is a professional services company that partners with multiple healthcare groups to deliver exceptional patient care. This position will be employed through Revo Health, working closely with Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health) and its operating divisions.
Essential Functions:

Summarizes the financial status of the organization; interprets asset ratios, break-even analysis reports, profit margins, operating costs, share value (if applicable), and other metrics used in measuring fiscal stability.

Develop a detailed annual budget for multiple departments and/or divisions, as well as ongoing variance analysis utilizing our planning tools.

Develop strategic financial planning and reports to support various departments in the organization.

Prepare executive summaries, reports and analysis for the Board of Directors and/or physician groups.

Provide financial guidance and support on special projects

Establishes internal controls for monitoring assets, capital investments, controlling costs, and measuring liquidity.

Oversee new business accounting and finance activities

Lead and train others on continuous improvement for problem solving and process excellence

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders, such as Clinical leaders, corporate functional leaders and physicians.

Develop, track and support new policies and procedures designed to improve productivity within the department.

Occasionally participate in community or department functions relating to outreach events throughout the year.

Any and all other duties as assigned
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
- CPA or MBA in Finance preferred
- Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience, minimum 5 years in a leadership role
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Strong GAAP knowledge required
- Experience with Excel, Access, Oracle NetSuite or other financial software and ERP system, and/or Tableau preferred
