What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cook position at I-Ho's Korean Grill?
I Ho's Korean Grill in Bozeman, MT is looking for one cook to join our 22 person strong team. We are located on 321 W Main St. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and engaged.
Every position in our restaurant supports the other.
This is why, at I-Ho's Korean Grill, we split all tips evenly with those on shift. From the waitstaff, to the cooks, to the dishwasher / busser.
This way, it is in all our interest to serve our customers in the best way we can.
(While the restaurant is open to guests, we currently average, salary including tips: M-Th $25 ($22-28) per hour, F-Sa $28 ($22-34) per hour.

Restaurant cook responsibilities:
- Prepare awesome healthy meals for our customers.
- Weigh, measure, mix and prep ingredients according to recipes.
- Steam, grill, boil, or bake meats, vegetables, and other ingredients.
- Check food and ingredients for freshness.
- Arrange and garnish dishes.
- Work well under pressure and within the time limit.
- Ensure that kitchen area, equipment and utensils are cleaned.
- Help lead and inspire our kitchen staff with the restaurant manager.
- Wow our guests with amazing dishes.
What we're looking for:
- Able to handle work in a fast-paced positive environment.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with other staff.
- Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
- We'd love for you to learn and grow with us.
- Experience is a plus but not required.
