What are the responsibilities and job description for the Prep Cook position at I-Ho's Korean Grill?
I Ho's Korean Grill in Bozeman, MT is looking for one prep cook to join our 20 person strong team. We are located on 321 W Main St. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, reliable, engaged, and communicates openly.
We offer:
- A great, positive and respectful working environment.
- Meal before/while/after working.
- Split tips evenly between front of house and back while clocked in. Effective hourly including tip is between $21-25. Tip out is after trial/training.
Responsibilities
- Follow recipes and prepare simple dishes
- Sanitize and prepare equipment and workstation for cooking
- Weigh and measure ingredients
- Mix, wash, peel, chop, grind, strain, slice meat and vegetables
- Label stock and inventory all ingredients
- Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
What we're looking for:
- Able to handle work in a fast-paced positive environment.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with other staff.
- Ability to communicate and listen to team members
- Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
- Dependable and on-time.
- We'd love for you to learn and grow with us.
- Experience is a plus but not required.
