Position Overview : The Facility Manager leads the operations of a metals recycling facility, ensuring safety, productivity, and regulatory compliance. Reporting to senior management, this role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, environmental compliance, quality, inventory control, and employee performance. A strong focus on safety, continuous improvement, and profitability is essential.
