We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented Junior SAP Fieldglass Support Consultant. In this role, you will provide technical support and system administration for the SAP Fieldglass platform, helping clients resolve issues, maintain smooth system operations, and optimize their usage of the application.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first and second-level support contact for SAP Fieldglass-related inquiries and incidents.
- Manage and resolve support tickets via our internal ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Perform user management, system configurations, and routine data maintenance within SAP Fieldglass.
- Monitor system performance to ensure stable and efficient operation of the platform.
- Assist in the implementation and technical onboarding of SAP Fieldglass for new customers.
- Document support processes, issue resolutions, and configuration changes to maintain accurate technical records.
- Communicate system updates, changes, and resolutions clearly to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of support workflows and documentation.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude in all interactions.
- Proactively develop technical knowledge related to SAP Fieldglass and associated HR processes.
- Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and internal initiatives.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge or experience with SAP Fieldglass or other HR/vendor management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- A team player with a proactive approach to learning and service delivery.
Preferred:
- Educational background in IT, business informatics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with service desk or application support environments.
