SUMMARY
Responsible and accountable for the following areas:
- Responsible for ensuring as much money as possible is obtained from returns and cores
- Responsible for tracking potential thefts through tracking inventory
- Maintain KPA readiness among employees
- Assist with physical on-site Inventories
- Maintain pricing and ensure Parts Center Hawaii’s competitiveness
- Maintain a high level of professionalism
Primary Duties include but are not limited to:
- Analyze and identify ways in which more income or cost savings can be obtained from returns, warranties and cores on a weekly/monthly.
- Track and monitor RGN returns and OSD accurately and timely for all PCH stores monthly; this includes preparing RGN spreadsheets/reports; submit spreadsheets/reports to accounting timely, monthly, in order for all RGNs and OSDs from each store to be posted in the accounting system; post credit chargebacks timely
- Inform leaders when money can be received from returns, warranties and cores. Assist leaders in their efforts
- Assist Inventory control supervisor with physical on-site inventories as scheduled.
- Monthly, maintain pricing profiles so that Parts Center Hawaii can maintain effectiveness and efficiency
- Conduct market research to develop competitive yet sustainable pricing guidelines; monitor the market pricing and fluctuations
- Learn about competitor pricing for similar items
- Train and support the team to uphold company guidelines
- Carefully watch the local markets to update pricing on a monthly basis.
- Works with Sales team and customers: create customer quotes. Let customers and/or Sales know about special pricing when available.
- Works with the Executive Management team to ensure sales and revenues trends are in line with company goals and expectations.
- Compare trends and identify and/or determine the cause of decrease or increase.
- Review sales trends, data, and company revenue needs and decide a market price for a range of products.
- Maintain customer pricing profiles lists so customers are matched to their potential or current purchasing levels, as well as encourage future purchases
- Assist in coming up with ways for the managing of inventory to be more efficient and effective
- Maintain and stay current with all mandatory Safety and Safeguard training, including KPA and Ninjio
- Perform other duties that may be assigned
QUALIFICATION
- Strong computer skills including proficiency with MS Excel
- Attention to detail and organization with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Must have a valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driver’s abstract.
