Associate Level Responsibilities

- Must be a US Citizen
- Secret Clearance required

Associate Level Responsibilities
- Install, administer, support, and maintain server hardware, peripherals, software, and operating systems.
- Maintain server environment stability through review of monitoring tools and application of patches after testing.
- Update and maintain SOPs and knowledge management solutions for continuity and training.
- Ensure proper configuration of servers, virtual servers, storage solutions, computers, and software necessary for the successful operation in baseline compliance requirements.
- Work with users to troubleshoot and remediate issues.
- Manage data backups of servers and equipment configurations per recovery guidelines.
- Implement patch remediation on systems to ensure network security and compliance with Cybersecurity guidelines and regulations.
- Create, update, and maintain databases required for mission-related functions.
- Support migration efforts to cloud-based environments including integration of new technologies, decommissioning of existing hardware, and documentation.
- All the above responsibilities.
- Provide daily supervision and direction to personnel across the Systems Administration teams.
- Provide training and mentorship to Systems Support Technicians, helping them develop their skills and knowledge.
- Manage, coordinate, and track work across the Systems Administration teams.
- Maintain overall responsibility for the Systems Administration delivery team.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems, including monitoring the network and servers for problems, diagnosing problems, and taking the appropriate corrective measures to ensure an expedient resolution.
- Collect and review network utilization data for capacity and planning purposes.
- Assist in developing, implementing, testing, and maintaining disaster recovery plans.
- Interface with vendors for procurement & maintenance of all IT infrastructures.
- Support the development and delivery of training sessions to ensure staff understand Systems Administration resources.
